Nayaraa maintains a strict No Refund Policy. We do not offer cash refunds, monetary returns, or credit notes under any circumstances.
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect items shipped by mistake.
An exchange request must be raised within 3 days from the date the order was delivered. The request will only be approved if the following conditions are met:
Damage/Defect: The item received must be clearly damaged, broken, or defective.
Wrong Item: The item received is different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong design or color).
Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video): A complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage/defect identified immediately. Without this video proof, no exchange request will be processed.
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags, packaging, and seals intact.
The following reasons and items are not eligible for an exchange:
Subjective Dislike: Customers who ordered the product but simply dislike it after receiving it are not eligible for exchange.
Worn/Used Items: Any item that shows signs of being worn, used, or tampered with.
Missing Tags: Items returned without original packaging, tags, or labels.
Sale Items: All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or clearance event.
Minor Variations: Minor issues such as slight variations in stone placement, weight, or color/design differences inherent to screen resolution and photography lighting are not considered defects.
If your item meets the eligibility criteria (Section 1), please follow these steps:
Step 1: Raise a Request Email us at contact.nayaraa@gmail.com within the 3-day window with the following details:
Your Order Number.
Clear subject line: EXCHANGE REQUEST – [Your Order Number].
Attach the mandatory unboxing video and clear photographs highlighting the issue.
Brief description of the reason for the exchange.
Step 2: Approval & Reverse Pickup If your request is approved by our Quality Team, we will arrange and bear the cost of the reverse pickup for the damaged/incorrect item. Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent further damage.
Step 3: Quality Check & Dispatch Once we receive the item back at our Mysore office, it will be thoroughly inspected. If the return is approved, the correct or replacement item will be dispatched to you within 5-7 business days after the Quality Check is complete.
Nayaraa’s Error: If the exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (damaged/wrong item), Nayaraa will cover the cost of the reverse pickup and the shipping of the replacement product.
Customer Error: Since we only accept exchanges for damage/error, the customer will not be required to pay for return shipping under our policy.
