Handling Time: We require only 1 business day to process, quality check, and package your order before dispatching it to our courier partner. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.
The time it takes for your order to reach you is calculated from the day it is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order is typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days across India.
Variable Speed: Delivery times can vary based on your location and the efficiency of the courier partner. You may receive your order faster than the estimated timeframe.
We offer two payment options: Pre-paid and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD).
Shipping Fee: FREE SHIPPING is provided on all pre-paid orders delivered across India.
Full COD is currently not available. We offer Partial COD under the following structure:

How Partial COD Works (Example): If your product price is ₹400, the total amount due (including the COD fee) is ₹500. You pay ₹100 online as an advance (which covers the COD Fee). The remaining balance of ₹400 is paid in cash upon delivery.
Courier Partner: We utilize Shiprocket to manage our logistics.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Working Days: Delivery estimates are based on working days and do not include Sundays or public holidays.
Unforeseen Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions or transportation strikes.
