These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nayaraa website (https://nayaraa.com/) and all sales and purchases of imitation jewelry products from Nayaraa (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Returns Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.
Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and finishes of our imitation jewelry as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color or detail will be entirely accurate.
Variations: Due to the nature of imitation and handcrafted jewelry, minor variations in design, color, or finish may occur. Such minor variations are not considered defects.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraud.
Partial COD Policy: We accept payments via prepaid methods (UPI, Card, Net Banking) and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD).
Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping and no extra fees.
Partial COD Orders: Full COD is not available. A mandatory, non-refundable COD Convenience Fee of ₹100 must be paid upfront as an advance payment. The remaining balance (product price) is payable in cash upon delivery.
Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance; it only confirms that we received your order request.
Policy Reference: All aspects related to shipping timelines, handling time (1 day), estimated delivery (5–7 working days), and tracking are governed by our dedicated Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (Shiprocket).
No Refunds: Nayaraa strictly adheres to a No Refund Policy. We do not offer cash refunds, monetary returns, or credit notes under any circumstances.
Exchange Only: Exchanges are only permitted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect as shipped by us.
Policy Reference: All rules regarding eligibility, the mandatory 7-day window, the requirement of the unboxing video, and non-exchangeable items are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
All content on the Site, including jewelry designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nayaraa and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the service or content without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any Indian or international law. You are responsible for ensuring that any data or information you provide us is accurate and truthful.
Nayaraa, its owners, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased or services provided through the Site.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mysore, Karnataka, India.
